This activity will form the second part of your assessed work for this module.

You're now going to apply what you have learned by teaching a small group of colleagues how leadership behaviour matters to health and social care, based on the key themes highlighted in this learning activity.

You may choose to work with one or two people, or you may be ambitious and invite more. The way you teach this is up to you; however, as part of the session, you need to engage your colleagues in a dialogue about what you, as a leader, could do to enhance your leadership approach based on what the evidence tells us.  

Don’t forget to talk about the three golden threads. 

After the session, you need to record your reflections about the teaching activities you ran and what you have learnt about how your own leadership impacts on patient care and experience.
