I think one thing one looks for in a leader is answers. One leader doesn't have all the answers but will demonstrate small things like being decisive and being able to find the answers. I think it's easy for everyone to go to the chief exec and say: "how do I solve this?" He doesn't have the answers but I think a good chief exec has the skills to show you how to get the answer. I think that's something a leader should look to have as a skill.
