Assessment
Introduction
The following assessment is for new facilitators who have not previously trained and been accredited with the Healthcare Leadership Model 1.0.
The 15 questions that follow will assess your understanding of the information we have covered in Parts 1 and 2.
You need to score at least 80% to pass the assessment and you will be given a running total so that you can see how you're doing. Once you have answered all the questions we'll give you your final results.
If you don't pass first time, you will have one chance to re-take the assessment again. You may want to re-study the topics you had difficulty with before you try again.
Please note that for multiple choice questions there may be more than one correct answer.
