The Healthcare Leadership Model 360° Group Report is used with groups or teams. It aggregates 360° feedback results of groups of individuals and provides insight into how on average the group is performing against the Healthcare Leadership Model.

Facilitating the feedback of a Group Report is not the same as facilitating individual 360° feedback; the process is different, as are the skills and experience you need as a facilitator.

If you wish to become a Group Report Facilitator, there are four steps to complete:

1. Ensure you are an accredited Healthcare Leadership Model 360˚ Feedback

    Facilitator for individuals and that you have completed at least 1 individual

    360° feedback session

2. Review this short Group Report module

3. Review the Group Report Facilitator Workbook

4. Complete a short online request form

Once you have gained accreditation as a Group Report Facilitator you will be required to send the completed Evaluation Forms for the first 2 group report feedback sessions that you complete to 360support@jcaglobal.com for review. Regular review of these forms for all your group report feedback sessions is recommended for your continued professional development.

If you feel you do not have the necessary skills or experience right now, you may want to 'buddy' up with a more experienced colleague to develop your competence and confidence.
