Now that you have completed the assessment what happens next? Read the below information to find out more.

Thank you for updating your training to the Healthcare Leadership Model 360 degree feedback tool Version 1.1.
Now that you have completed the quiz to update your accreditation, you will want to make sure your details are still correct on our facilitator database.
Firstly, you can check and amend your details directly on the NHSx website by clicking here. Please note, you will need to login first if you aren’t already.
Secondly, you will also need to let the 360 Helpdesk know of any changes to your details, so that they can update them on your facilitator profile. You can call them on 01242 282979 or email 360.support@jcaglboal.com
Furthermore, don't forget to revisit Part 3 of this online learning package, which provides further guidance and information for facilitators as well as details about the 360 Group Report and how to become accredited in Group feedback facilitation. The content there will continue to evolve so check back regularly!
You will now need to attend your one day face-to-face training day. As the training day will focus on facilitation skills, the information covered in this online learning package is particularly important to ensure you understand the Healthcare Leadership Model, are comfortable using the Healthcare Leadership Model Appraisal Hub, and understand the format of the 360 degree feedback reports.
Once you've passed your face-to-face training, your trainer will give you further information on how and when your details will be added to the facilitator database, and when you will get full facilitator access to the Appraisal Hub.
Finally, don't forget to explore Part 3 of this online learning course, which provides further guidance and information for facilitators as well as details about the 360 Group Report and how to become accredited in Group feedback facilitation. The content there will continue to evolve so check back regularly!
I did not pass the assessment and I am:If you have not passed the online assessment on your first attempt, you are able to re-take it once. Simply restart the assessment section and try again. If you'd like to review relevant sections of the online learning package first, you can navigate back using the menu at the top of the screen.
If you have already been through your second attempt and have not passed, then you will need to let your trainer know when you attend your face-to-face training day. After you have completed your face-to-face training, you will have another opportunity to re-take the online assessment.
You will need to pass the online assessment in order to become an accredited facilitator, even if you have passed the face-to-face assessment.
