360° feedback is a helpful development tool, and one way in which colleagues will be looking to integrate the Healthcare Leadership Model into their work.  

In this session, you will:

  • Learn what 360° feedback is and isn't
  • Find out about how 360° feedback is used within healthcare generally, as well as how the Healthcare Leadership Model 360° feedback tool is being used specifically
  • Learn about the difference between the Self Assessment Questionnaire and the 360° feedback questionnaire
  • Learn about development programmes offered by NHS Leadership Academy
